As of right now, you cannot only share an individual part of the newsletter. However, we do automatically make each newsletter as a whole shareable on social channels so that functionality is built in for each post.
You can enable social sharing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Email by selecting Top in the Configure settings under Display social share icons?
This will show the share icons at the top of the email newsletter underneath the title and subtitle.
