We use survey forms to capture additional information like a subscribers First Name, Phone numbers, or other additional information.
By creating a form and setting as your "subscribe survey," within your subscriber flow settings here users will be redirected to it immediately after signing up for your newsletter via the beehiiv website.
You will find "survey forms" under "Audience" in your beehiiv dashboard.
Once you have created your form, use the three dots on the right side index item to set it as the subscribe form. The form must be published ("live") for this to work.
