What if I am locked out of my account?

In the event that you get locked out of your beehiiv account, the first thing you should do is make sure that you are logging in using the correct credentials, which would be the main account holder’s email address and password. 

Reset your beehiiv account password

Providing you are using the correct account credentials, then the next thing you can do is reset your beehiiv account password. You can start this process from the login screen of your account, which can be found here. Click on Forgot your password?, or click here

A password reset email will be sent to the email address that was used to register your beehiiv account. Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the steps to update your password. 

Check other email folders

If you don't receive the expected email, be sure to check for it in your spam, junk, trash, or promotions folders, as well as that you submitted the correct email address of the account holder. 

Double check  2FA code

If you have two-factor authentication set up on your account, make sure you are getting the code from the authenticator tool in your smartphone.
