How to set a sender name for your beehiiv publication

Choosing your sender name

Your sender name is what appears in the ‘From’ field of your emails. Many publications prefer using a format like ‘Name from Publication,’ such as: Tyler from beehiiv.

For best results, avoid using an email address as your sender name. A more personal approach can drive better engagement with your emails, strengthening the relationship between you and your audience.

Some companies and newsletters use their business name as the sender name. The sender name you choose should reflect your brand and the type of relationship you want to build with your readers.
